Danielle Spudich

Danielle Spudich is the manager of the Allstate Claims Knowledge Management team. Her team manages the KM platform that provides knowledge that is "just enough, just in time and just for me." Prior to Allstate, Danielle spent nine years at Liberty Mutual where she held a variety of claim handling, training, and strategy roles. Danielle also serves on the steering committee for APQC's yearly Knowledge Management Conference. When she's not passionately working on ways to share knowledge effectively throughout the organization, you can find her singing in her church band as well as trying to keep up with her energetic and angelic children.
