Challenge

A global food products manufacturer company initiated a four-phased ERP transformation to switch from one vendor product suite to another. This project faced challenges such as aligning various functional areas and ensuring seamless integration. To tackle these issues, a team of project leads was formed, each responsible for different aspects of the transformation. They customized off-the-shelf courses into a streamlined program, incorporating relevant examples and hands-on activities. The training combined six APQC courses into a progressive event, covering topics such as process analysis and design, process frameworks, defining and managing end-to-end processes, process mapping, and process management.
