This measure calculates percentage of contracts for services with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) met those SLAs in the last 12 months. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) define and document the cost, quality, and specification of services provided by a shared services center or other service provider. The terms in the agreement help to commit the service provider to a predetermined level of performance with penalties if the provider fails to meet these commitments.
