Mellissa started with APQC in 2015. In her role, she focuses on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of APQC’s Process Classification Framework (PCF)® as well as concentrating on understanding the overall PCF user experience.

Prior to joining APQC, she worked primarily in the Oil and Gas industry. She has a background in IT where she started out as a support analyst and evolved her skills to allow her to focus on the business of IT.  Mellissa attended Columbia Southern University where she earned her business degree, and enjoys drawing, painting, reading, and spending time with her children.
