David Dezso

David Dezso is the founder and CEO of Banyan Risk Group. He founded Banyan in order to empower our clients to make better decisions at the crucial intersection of business opportunity and risk.

Prior to forming Banyan, David spent three years as an executive in the oil and gas industry, holding roles as both Director of Operations and Sales for a publicly traded company. David also served 10 years in U.S. Army Special Operations as a Army Green Beret with extensive experience in international affairs. 

David is a devout continuous learner having earned an MBA from Rice University, JD from South Texas College of Law and a BS from The Citadel as well certificates from Harvard Law School and the Buckley School.
