Anshu Gupta

Anshu Gupta is a seasoned HR Transformative leader with nearly two decades of cross border experience in managing end to end employee life cycle and Service Delivery. With a strong customer centric approach and focus on Stakeholders, Talent, Process, and Technology, he has been in various leadership roles in Human Resources across organizations such as Ericsson, Wipro, Hewitt Associates etc. 

Currently Anshu Gupta is working as the Head of Global People Services, for Ericsson Global Services. In a career spanning 20 + years, gained wide experience of building organizations Globally and coining best in class people practices fostering growth and development of employees with a clear focus on motivation and engagement, he also possesses multi geographic exposure in leading Sales, Solutions, Transformation, Transition, P&L and Budgeting, HR Advisory and Consulting for HR shared services in captive, offshore and Build Operate Transfer Model. 

The key focus of his journey has been to understand the changing contours of talent requirement and turn talent management into an instrument to drive business transformation.
