Since its acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway, Duracell has been on a journey to strengthen elements of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, particularly in finance. By bringing accounts receivable (AR) back in-house and automating the transactional activities associated with the process, the company has experienced significant positive results.  APQC spoke with Steven Wurst, Duracell’s OTC Leader, to learn more about Duracell's journey, lessons learned, and insights to transform AR and overall OTC at Duracell.
