The organization reported revenue of $50.5 billion in 2022, and its products reach nearly 800 million people globally, making it one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. With more than 70,000 associates from 140 nationalities across locations worldwide, Novartis has established itself as a prominent player in the industry.

APQC interviewed Stefano Dal Santo, Head of Knowledge Management, and Joseph Pisari, KM Team Lead, at Novartis.
