Effective change management involves helping employees understand how they're affected, providing resources for transitioning, and supporting them to sustain skills and behaviors. This ensures changes stick; without this support, change initiatives can lose momentum

This article summarizes a recent roundtable discussion facilitated by Lynda Braksiek, (Principal Research Lead for Knowledge Management at APQC) on the role of change management in KM.
