During this session, attendees learned about important people skills necessary for achieving success, such as communication and facilitation. Participants engaged in discussions about essential skills and principles required for multifaceted roles. A case study was presented to demonstrate how a people-focused change management approach emphasized soft skills and helped improve engagement rates over time.
