This measure calculates the total number of cybersecurity FTEs (Full time equivalents) (including contractors and outsourced resources) as a percentage of total FTEs (Full time equivalents). Cybersecurity is the ability to protect or defend the use of cyberspace from cyber-attacks. It is the state of being protected against the criminal or unauthorized use of electronic data, or the measures taken to achieve this, including defending computers, servers, mobile devices, electronic systems, networks, and data from malicious attacks. This Staff Productivity measure is intended to help companies assess the efficiency of their staff related to the process group "Manage IT resilience and risk".
