This measure calculates the percentage of total new hires that fill senior management/executive positions (i.e. the highest-ranking officers and managers below executives). It is part of a set of Supplemental Information measures that help companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "recruit, source, and select employees" process.
