Percentage of workforce that works in a hybrid work model

This measure calculates the percentage of workforce that works in a hybrid work model (i.e. some at employer provided workspaces, some remote). Remote employees are those who have a work arrangement whereby they do not typically (less than 50% of the time) commute to a central place of work. Typically a remote employee works out of a home office and communicates with the company using telecommuting technology such as email, phone, instant messaging, collaboration spaces etc. This Supplemental Information measure is intended to help companies evaluate additional variables related to the process "Develop and train employees".
