Percentage of time records that are submitted electronically

This measure calculates the percentage of time records that are submitted electronically. A time record is a single line item on an individual employee's time sheet/card during the course of a single time/payroll period that is assigned distinct coding for application to appropriate budgets, projects, etc. This measure is part of a set of Process Efficiency measures that help companies optimize their "report time" process by minimizing waste and refining resource consumption.
