Percentage of learning days delivered using other methods
This measure calculates the percentage of days dedicated to learning that used methods other than self-instructed, computer-based training installed from CD-ROM or delivered either directly or downloaded over the web; streaming video; virtual, classroom-based training delivered online; correspondence courses; interactive e-learning; classroom instruction provided by the organization; external classroom instruction; and on-the-job training. As part of a set of Supplemental Information measures, it helps companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "develop and train employees" process.
