This measure calculates the percentage of your business entity's employees who attended management development programs. Management development programs are courses designed to strengthen the relationship between managers at all levels (subordinate to executive management). This Process Efficiency measure is intended to help companies minimize waste and refine resource consumption related to the process group "Develop and counsel employees".
