Percentage change in cycle time reduction for projects/processes attributed to KM

This measure calculates the percentage change in cycle time reduction for projects/processes attributed to KM. Cycle time is the total time from the beginning of a process or activity to the end. This includes both time spent actually performing the process or activity and time spent waiting to move forward. This Process Efficiency measure is intended to help companies minimize waste and refine resource consumption related to the process group "Develop enterprise-wide knowledge management (KM) capability".
