Number of learning days per senior management/executive employee
This measure helps companies calculate the average number of days per senior management/executive employee (i.e. the highest-ranking officers and managers below executives) that were dedicated to learning. It is calculated by dividing total number of middle management/specialists days utilized for learning of a particular task/subject by the total number of senior management/executive employees dedicated to learning a particular task/subject. As part of a set of Supplemental Information measures, it helps companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "develop and train employees" process.
