Middle management/specialists new hires as a percentage of total new hires
This measure determines the percentage of total new hires that are middle management/specialists (i.e. managers with budgetary and/or supervisory responsibility who report to senior management and/or line managers). It is part of a set of Supplemental Information measures that help companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "recruit, source, and select employees" process.
