This measure calculates IT analyst/technologist FTEs (Full time equivalents responsible for supporting KM technology infrastructure, fulfilling KM technology needs, and/or serving as a liaison between KM and IT) as a percentage of total KM FTEs (Full time equivalents that directly support the knowledge management program, initiative, or service). This Supplemental Information measure is intended to help companies evaluate additional variables related to the process group "Develop enterprise-wide knowledge management (KM) capability".
