This measure calculates average time in calendar days (including weekends) to close an identified skill or capability gap in behavioral skills (e.g., agility, adaptability to change, capacity for creativity and innovation) through training. Cycle time is the total time from the beginning of a process or activity to the end. This includes both time spent actually performing the process or activity and time spent waiting to move forward. This Cycle Time measure is intended to help companies analyze this duration related to the process "Develop and train employees".
