In conjunction with APQC's 2015 Process Conference, APQC CEO Carla O'Dell interviewed conference keynote speaker C.R. (Charlie) Williams II. Williams is executive director of the Center for Offshore Safety and retired chief scientist—Well Engineering from Shell Oil. He described the objective of the Center and how the continuous journey of gathering and sharing useful data and information across partners, suppliers, and contractors has improved the effectiveness of safety management in the oil and gas industry.
