Enhancing Risk Preparedness Through a Deloitte Project

At APQC's 2015 Process Conference, Ken Lobenstein and David Sarabacha of Deloitte & Touche discussed how the firm was engaged to help a multinational manufacturing organization create a business risk and security assessment program. Although the initial focus of the effort was enhancement of the organization's information security, during the project the organization redesigned its processes in alignment with APQC's Process Classification Framework^®.
