Identify Leadership Behaviors Necessary for Organizational Success
In 2014, APQC interviewed five best-practice organizations to identify the leadership behaviors that contribute to the achievement of their missions and strategies. The results show that these organizations outline behavioral expectations that are broad enough to empower individual workers to use their talents but specific enough to minimize worker confusion, inconsistencies, and mistakes. In the following article, examples of how this process works in these best-practice organizations are presented.
