Building Process Mapping so it's Done by Instead of for Process Owners at Inglis

At APQC's 2014 Process Conference, Harold Strawbridge, Director of Innovation at Inglis, discussed ways to approach process mapping so that it can be performed by people without prior process mapping expertise. The key, according to Strawbridge, is to engage process owners and build their mapping capacity through a combination of tools, facilitation techniques, and process mapping methods.
