For measurement to provide real value, an organization must ensure that its measures align with both the strategic goals of the business and employees’ daily work. Organizations must think holistically about the business, the elements they want to improve, and the specific measures that drive better behavior and results.

This worksheet helps organizations accomplish this task by providing a simple format to map the links between strategy, processes, performance, and measures. It is used to determine which measures give the most accurate depiction of business and employee progress toward strategic objectives.
