Introducing Agile to the Organization

APQC conducted a benchmarking study exploring how selected organizations adopted and support Agile, an iterative, collaborative, customer-centric project management paradigm. This article examines the role of support teams, reviews, and success measures for Agile, and identifies positive business results organizations have derived from their Agile efforts.
