In this article Baker Hughes, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL)--best-practice organizations in the study--share how they build incremental reviews and measures into the change process so that they can track macro measures to assess the change and use bottom-up measurements (of individuals or business units) to pinpoint the root causes of any issues.
