Top Performers in Procurement: What Makes Them the Best?

Organizations are always looking for ways to improve the performance of their supply chains. Often, the target is the procurement function, which presents an opportunity to increase efficiency and decrease costs. APQC is often asked, "What do top-performing procurement organizations look like?" To answer this question, APQC looked how organizations with the best procurement performance compare to other organizations. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between top-performing procurement functions and others.
