The majority of organizations use hybrid process improvement models, and those that are not using this structure are more likely to transition to a hybrid structure than to either centralized or decentralized models. Process improvement by its very nature is a concept embedded in change; therefore, this discipline is often structured in a way that lends itself well to transition.
