Selecting Knowledge Management Pilot Projects
When an organization launches a new or revamped knowledge management strategy, it often selects pilot projects to test and prove out that strategy. Among the most important criteria for a successful KM pilot project are:
- Alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and core business processes
- High probability that the project will produce positive, measureable results
- Sufficient scalability to support expansion beyond the initial scope.
