Bots, AI, and other technology tools aren’t the only hot topics in KM. As work becomes more digital, KM thought leaders are calling for a renewed focus on face-to-face conversation, collaboration, and engagement. 

At APQC's 2018 KM Conference, KM author and experienced community leader Stan Garfield joined APQC’s Carla O’Dell, Cindy Hubert, and Lauren Trees for a panel discussion on current KM issues and trends. Themes included “working out loud,” virtual teams, and overcoming barriers to knowledge sharing.
