In a July 2018 APQC Webinar, Ariel Spak, CFO for Microsoft Argentina & Chile, discussed the process of transformation in Microsoft Argentina & Chile’s approach to finance, including the changing role of the CFO, a migration to strategic outsourcing for transactional finance, and the standardization of finance processes through a “One Finance” initiative.
