Transforming Cognitive Interview Learnings into Global Competency Development

ExxonMobil began using cognitive interviews in 2010 to uncovered deep subject matter expertise. In 2014 the organization created the Policy Leadership Academy, which transformed ExxonMobil’s policy world into a forward-thinking, highly influential, effective, and aligned global team.
