During APQC’s recent study Transformational Change—Making It Last, study participants  participated in a detailed questionnaire that included questions on their  change management practices,  the role of leadership in change,  barriers to change and the communications and engagement practices. This report is a summary of the study participants’ responses to the detailed questionnaire.
