Organizations using a traditional style of leadership have larger leadership skills gaps than organizations using a more dynamic leadership approach. This is a key finding of an advanced analysis of data from APQC’s 2013 survey on the current state of leadership. This article reviews what these skills gaps are and what these results suggest.
