For APQC’s September 2016 KM Community Call, APQC Executive Director Cindy Hubert co-presented with members of the KM team at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to describe the development of USACE’s robust KM program. The presenters explained how USACE leverages APQC’s Levels of Knowledge Management MaturitySM and KM Capabilities Assessment Tool to drive adoption of KM processes and approaches while engaging leaders, staff, and partners along the way. They also provided details on USACE’s practices for collecting and disseminating critical knowledge, connecting people to engage in meaningful knowledge transfer, and facilitating collaboration to support better and faster decisions.
