Business process management (BPM) defines the governance of specific business processes and enables improved business agility and operational performance. APQC conducted a survey to understand how BPM programs work, based on APQC’s Seven Tenets of Process ManagementSM, to assess key areas such as governance, strategy, change, improvement, measurement, tools, and models.

This infographic looks at the common strengths and improvement opportunities for BPM programs within each tenet. For more information, download the overall survey summary report.
