Business process management (BPM) defines the governance of specific business processes and enables improved business agility and operational performance. APQC conducted a survey to understand how BPM programs work, based on APQC’s Seven Tenets of Process ManagementSM, to assess key areas such as governance, strategy, change, improvement, measurement, tools, and models.
