KM affects every function within an organization. Yet developing an effective KM program is usually an uphill climb. In this conference session, Adil Ahmed and Jeremy Ferguson of Bristow Group overviewed their organization's KM journey including the development of capabilities for team collaboration, communities, employee engagement, and enterprise content management. Through the course of developing its KM program, Bristow used simplicity as a key design principle for governance, execution, user experience, information architecture, and content management.
