Selling Knowledge Management to Employees

In an interactive Think Tank session at APQC's 2019 KM Conference, a small group of participants discussed ideas and lessons learned for engaging employees in KM. Robin Back, KM analyst at Liberty Mutual, and Paige Kane, regulatory science researcher at the Dublin Institute of Technology, facilitated the session in which attendees discussed challenges and solutions for building awareness, securing leadership buy-in, and answering the question, “What’s in it for me?”
