In the two years Shopify’s KM program has been in place, the company’s support team has seen tremendous growth. Currently, the support team includes 500 employees that span six offices in four countries. In this conference session, Dana Tessier of Shopify reviewed the steps that were taken to assess the organization’s KM needs, how the strategy was developed, and how its knowledge resources have adapted to keep up in such a high growth environment.
