Seasoned employees have a broad range of experience and expertise and are willing to come out of retirement (or delay it) for the right offer. This article presents three recommendations for leveraging the talents of retired or retirement-age workers. These practices are common across organizations that have truly found the right mix of benefits, programs, and scheduling perks for attracting and retaining older workers.
