Procure-to-Pay: Structure and Automation Report: Automotive Industry

In response to increasing global interest in end-to-end processes, APQC undertook this research in 2021 to get some insights into how organizations are managing their procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. This research examined organizational structure and performance, as well as key practices related to automation and data management for this vital end-to-end process. Participants in this report represent a mixture of industries, geographic regions, sizes, and business models (e.g., business-to-business and business-to-consumer).
