Process Tools in 2022

Technology and process management have become intrinsically entwined. According to our annual process and performance management survey,  almost half of process teams (49%) are tapped to help support technology implementations. Furthermore, process teams have also had to expand their toolbox over the last few years to include an array of technologies (e.g., automation and data tools) as well as methodologies (e.g., Agile and Design Thinking).  

This article looks at the top tools process teams are using, their purpose, and selection criteria in 2022.
