Grupo DEACERO, a privately held company headquartered in Nuevo León, Mexico, employs about 11,000 people and operates three steel mills, 20 production plants, 9,000 SKUs, more than 30 distribution centers in North America, 20 scrap recycling centers and locations across the Americas and Europe.

In this article, transformation manager David Theissen Duarte details the company’s efforts to establish a Process Management Center of Excellence to bust silos and build for the future.
