Key Considerations for Process Governance

In April 2021, APQC hosted a roundtable discussion with process professionals to share pain points, challenges, and success stories around process governance. Participants discussed:

  • pain points and challenges with choosing the right process owners,
  • how to drive buy-in and accountability for process governance, 
  • setting the scope of governance for end-to-end processes and sub-processes, and
  • how to get executive buy-in for governance at the enterprise level.   

This article summarizes the roundtable’s key themes and discussions.
