In September of 2015 APQC conducted a short survey to provide a better understanding of how some proposed structural changes specifically centered around the procurement and products and service delivery sections, to APQC's Process Classification Framework® (PCF) would affect its end users.
This summary report looks at findings on:
- product and service delivery practices,
- service delivery models and channels,
- where the procurement department fits within organizations, and
- the allocation of procurement’s time on direct and indirect procurement.
