In June of 2020, Rachele Collins, Ph.D. participated in a panel discussion hosted by Procurify titled “The New Normal for Finance and Operations Teams.” Panelists discussed the top challenges for finance teams as employees head back into the office, how leaders are setting the stage for a safe return to work, and what skills will shape the ‘new normal’ for finance. This article summarizes APQC's responses to the questions, based on its latest "The Next 90 Days: From Reactive to Proactive in a Pandemic" survey responses.
