In November 2014, APQC conducted a survey on the state of IT risk in the supply chain. The research was conducted to examine supply chain organizations' experience with IT risk and the steps they are taking to ensure supply chain resiliency in light of potential IT disruptions.

This summary report provides the results of the survey, with aggregated data from 118 different organizations of varying sizes representing more than 40 industries and from a variety of regions of the world.
