Manage Enterprise Information FTEs per $1 Billion Revenue

This article is part of a series outlining performance indicators for APQC PCF 7.4, "Manage Enterprise Information," to help provide KM professionals with quantitative data in order to benchmark their programs and improve performance. The measure Number of IT FTEs  that perform the process “manage enterprise information” per $1 billion revenue indicates the number of full-time equivalent employees allocated to this process and its associated activities, normalized by revenue. Examining process FTEs by revenue allows for comparison between organizations of different sizes in terms of organizational revenue/budget.
